Your plans are built using a Digital Canvas scan of your home from a LiDAR-enabled iPhone or iPad. Once you upload your scan, we create the as-built drawings and develop new layout concepts tailored to your remodel goals. This allows us to work with the exact details in your home creating design integrity. We don’t design with multiple rounds, we work with you to get the designs right. Zoom meetings, videos and photos are all part of our in-depth process. We give you all the material recommendations and looks, to help you shop and source your own materials confidently, saving you thousands of dollars on full-service interior design.

Even if you’re keeping your general floor plan, this service gives you design clarity, recommended clearances, functional tweaks, and storage insights for every room.
Do you provide materials or finishes?
Not in this service. We focus on layout and planning. You’ll get detailed drawings that help you shop with confidence—but we do not source finishes.
Can I use this for permits or with my builder?
Absolutely. Our plans are designed to communicate with contractors, cabinet companies, electricians, and more. They can help you get accurate bids and even support the permitting process—depending on your location’s requirements.
If your home requires structural or engineering input, these plans can be shared directly with those professionals before permitting to streamline the process.
How much does your service cost?
Our costs are fixed, so there are no surprises. We charge $3.25 per sf plus the cost of the Canvas scan, which you pay for and own the files.
