Start Your Project
Step 1 – Scan Your Space or Send your Files
Download the TWINDO app with your IPhone’s LiDAR camera to easily scan your spaces. Once you have your scan files from Twindo, you’ll be ready to order your packages via our SHOP page. If this is a new build, skip to step 2.
In Twindo after you have finished scanning your space(s): place your order by selecting 3D CAD & BIM: Chief Architect. When you receive the email from Twindo, forward the email to info@tripleheartspaces.com with your ORDER # in the Subject Line.
Step 2 – Order Your Service
Choose your service on our SHOP page. We’ll send an estimated completion date after we receive all of your information.
* Please note turnaround times vary and we offer a limited number of services each week.
Step 3 – Send Info with Your Scan or Architect Files Within 1 hour of placing your order to info@tripleheartspaces.com

✓ Photos & videos of your space – please take wide angle shots, making sure to show ceiling and floor details, and adjacent areas for transitions. Typically we like to see the main living space, entry, kitchen or bathrooms, to get a good feel for the home’s architecture and design style for a cohesive plan. For Whole Home Design start your video at the front door and move through the whole home.
✓ Inspiration images that reflect your desired style
✓ Key details that guide your desired vision i.e. double shower, freestanding tub, built-ins, etc. in kitchens, we design to average size appliances but please list all that you would like included. Please send specs or dimensions of any large existing furniture you plan on using (i.e. sofa, bed size, table size, etc.)
