Space Planning Consult (60 Minutes)

Hi! I'm so excited you are here. I am truly passionate about helping people gain clarity in their home design projects. This 60-minute Design Consultation is a focused one-on-one Zoom or in-person Denver Metro session created to help you make decisions around your home.

Get expert guidance to talk through adjustments to your existing space, new construction or remodeling decisions with clarity.

Consultations are one-on-one video sessions created to help homeowners confirm decisions, ask questions, and gain clarity before moving forward.

These consultations are ideal for:

• assessing your existing space for flow and function
• confirming material selections
• reviewing cabinet layouts or floor plan questions on an existing plan
• talking through functional concerns or options
• understanding next steps in the build process

One thing to know: This is not a full remodel session (start from scratch). Every design decision layers on top of another, so come mid process with questions, materials or plans in hand. The more prepared you are the more helpful I can be. We can use the hour to see your space in real-time and I can advise on what design direction to take if you need that to get started.

Before we meet - this is important:

Please send me photos and videos of your space in natural light. Material decisions: layer your samples together and photograph in natural light so I can read the undertones. Floor plans or shop drawings: send in advance so I have time to review before we meet. Paint or grout: I need to see everything surrounding the area. For grout bring a grout deck - you can pick one up at your tile store.
