Design EMERGENCY Consultation – 60 Minutes

This 60-minute Emergency Design & Remodel Consultation is intended for time-sensitive decisions during an active remodel or build, when a contractor is waiting and you need clear direction to move forward.

This session is designed to help you make confident decisions quickly, without second-guessing or delay.

This is a focused, guidance-based consultation for urgent questions such as:

• confirming material selections (tile, grout, flooring, countertops, cabinetry, lighting, hardware)
• resolving layout or construction decisions you’re unsure about (floor plans need to be provided)
• reviewing tile patterns, placement heights, or design-related build questions
• sense-checking decisions before they are finalized on site

To keep the session effective, this consultation typically focuses on one to two key topics.

Because this is an emergency session, advance information is required.

• relevant floor plans (if applicable)
• photos or short videos of the space (wide views preferred)
• material selections or product links being considered
• a brief note outlining the decision that needs to be made - may ask for clarification from the contractor prior to our call

This consultation provides clarity, perspective, and direction for urgent decisions.

It does not include drawings, plan revisions, sourcing, or written deliverables.
