CAD plan set. SCAN to measure your space with Canvas  then purchase this package once you have files from Canvas. Detailed instructions and videos by Canvas make the process simple. You have to have a phone or iPad with a LiDAR camera for accuracy. Select 3D CAD & BIM Models (Chief Architect) at $.15/sf and upload to pay.  Once you upload, the measure files email will be delivered to you when complete. Forward us the email (don’t try and download) and we will create your As-Built plans. Turn around times vary and we will respond with an ETA once you submit and pay.

With an as-built package, you will receive:

-PDF of existing floor plan with window and door schedule, elevation views of cabinets and wall details, SF of space, detailed dimensions for contractor quotes
-3D plan overview
-CAD .dwg file if you desire for use with other trades
-Expert recommendations and notes to discuss with your contractor
-This plan set works well if you aren’t changing the footprint

Kitchen Remodel Concept Plan will be created from the as-built plan in the most functional recommended layout. Average size appliances used. Elevations of cabinet layout and function, dimensions and plans to get initial quotes from your contractor. This is a great place to start your budgeting process to get an idea of cabinet costs, countertops, appliances, materials and labor. We will send a questionnaire to understand your desires and give a few palette choices for the 3D visuals. Custom kitchen design with non-standard appliances, custom cabinetry and pull-outs, waterfall counters or major wall movement would not be appropriate for this package. One round of revisions included.
